Protocol corona guidelines Stiphouse Update – from June 26

What are the measures?

Entrance

– at the entrance door of Stiphouse the general guidelines are posted: In connection with the guidelines around corona / covid-19 we apply some guidelines in this building. You are very welcome if you:

– are not sick and do not have any symptoms of Covid-19. Your family members or housemates are also not sick

– the 1.5 meter distance rule applies in this building

– wash your hands with disinfectant upon entering

– do not have physical contact with other attendees

– if you register and follow the coordinator's instructions

– there is disinfectant at the entrance door. The intention is that everyone who enters Stiphouse disinfects his/her hands with it

– the toilets at the entrance may be used, but please use them as little as possible

Canteen

- in the canteen all tables/chairs are set up again. The board does ask to use the 1.5 meter distance rule, because not everyone is (fully) vaccinated

– the bar is used for the distribution of drinks/food (as far as available). The short side of the bar is used for this. On the long side of the bar there are a few stools where you can sit down to eat something

– drinks and food may be consumed in the canteen if you are sitting on a seat or outside, at the bicycle shed. It is not the intention to consume drinks and food in the hall – a bar service is assigned to each group and it is not the intention for everyone to pour drinks or get food themselves. The bar service is responsible for cleaning the used glassware, cups, saucers, etc.

– disinfectant wipes are placed on the tables and bar in various places in the canteen. The intention is that you clean your chair/table with a cloth after using it – the fans in the hall and the canteen are turned on fully and only turned off by the person who closes the hall (usually the coordinator)

Dressing rooms

– the changing rooms (and the toilets in the changing rooms) will remain closed for the time being and will be used temporarily as storage space. So it will not be possible to shower for the time being. We expect that the changing rooms / showers / toilets in the changing rooms can be put back into use after the summer holidays

Playroom

– both singles and doubles may be played by all members

– there are 8 tables in the room

– in the hall all chairs are back in the aisles. As in the canteen, the board asks to use the 1.5 meter distance rule, because not everyone is (fully) vaccinated – disinfectant wipes are available to remove any sweat stains from tables/chairs and/or to clean balls

– hands may not be wiped on the table. Bring your own towel – the fans in the hall and the canteen are turned on fully and only turned off by the person who closes the hall (usually the coordinator)

– the double doors between the canteen and the hall are permanently open for better ventilation

General

– posters with general guidelines are hanging in various places in the building – coordinators do not have to wear a vest or anything else recognizable. At the bottom is a list of coordinators

– the coordinators point out to all attendees that they fill in the registration form. This is important in connection with a possible contact investigation in case of an infection!

Coordinators

Wednesday morning: Will Wasser

wednesday evening: trainer

Thursday morning: Bep Gouweloos

Thursday evening: Mick van Hoof or Frenklin van der Burgt
