Protocol corona guidelines Stiphouse Update – from 26 June

What are the measures?

Entrance

– the general guidelines are posted at the entrance door of Stiphouse: In connection with the guidelines surrounding corona / covid-19, we apply some guidelines in this building. You are very welcome if you:

– are not ill and have no symptoms of Covid-19. Your family members or housemates are also not sick

– applies the 1.5 meter distance rule in this building

– wash your hands with disinfectant upon entry

– have no physical contact with other attendees

– if you register and follow the coordinator's instructions

– There is disinfectant at the entrance door. The intention is that everyone who enters Stiphouse disinfects his/her hands with this

– the toilets at the entrance may be used, with the request that this be done as little as possible

Canteen

– All tables/chairs in the canteen have been set up again. The board does ask that the 1.5 meter distance rule be applied, because not everyone has been (fully) vaccinated

– the bar is used to serve drinks/food (if in stock). The short side of the bar is used for this. On the long side of the bar there are some stools where you can sit and have something to eat

– drinks and food may be consumed in the canteen if you are sitting on a seat or outside, near the bicycle shed. It is not the intention to consume drinks and food in the hall - a bar service is designated for each group and it is not the intention that everyone pours drinks or takes food themselves. The bar service is responsible for cleaning the used glassware, cups, saucers, etc

– Disinfectant wipes are placed in various places on the tables and bar in the canteen. You are supposed to clean the chair/table with a cloth after using it - the fans of the room and the canteen are fully turned on and only turned off by the person who closes the room (usually the coordinator).

Dressing rooms

– the changing rooms (and the toilets in the changing rooms) will remain closed for the time being and will be temporarily used as storage space. So showering is not possible for the time being. We expect that the changing rooms/showers/toilets in the changing rooms can be put back into use after the summer holidays.

Games room

– both singles and doubles may be played by all members

– there are 8 tables in the room

– in the hall, all chairs are back in the walkways. Just as in the canteen, the board asks that the 1.5 meter distance rule be applied, because not everyone has been (fully) vaccinated - disinfectant wipes are available to use if necessary. to remove sweat stains from tables/chairs and/or to clean balls

– hands may not be wiped at the table. Bring your own towel – the fans in the room and the canteen are fully turned on and only turned off by the person who closes the room (usually the coordinator)

– the double door between the canteen and the hall is permanently open for better ventilation

General

– There are posters in various places in the building showing the general guidelines - the coordinators do not have to wear a vest or anything else recognizable. Below is a list of the coordinators

– the coordinators remind all attendees that they must complete the registration form. This is important in connection with any contact investigation in the event of an infection!

Coordinators

Wednesday morning: Will Wasser

Wednesday evening: trainer

Thursday morning: Bep Gouweloos

Thursday evening: Mick van Hoof or Frenklin van der Burgt

If a coordinator is unable to attend, he or she will arrange a replacement himself.
